Case Review & Analysis Our CDIs can help you obtain and research certified copies of any public records which may be relevant to a case. We can help you examine relevant charging documents, including LEA and expert reports, for defects or potentially exculpatory information. Our CDIs can examine photographs, video and audio tapes, and other pieces of evidence relevant to the case. Defendant Interview Our CDIs can conduct an in-depth interview concerning the incident or events giving rise to the charges and can explore the existence of other potential sources of information relating to the offense. When appropriate, and at your request, our CDIs can make an audio or video recording of interviews conducted with a defendant. Crime Scene Examination Our CDIs can take 35mm and digital photographs of a specified location or object. Photographs can be used to create a digitized virtual tour of the scene of the incident. We can take video footage at a given location. Video footage can be digitized to create 360 degree panoramic images. Our scene diagrams help viewers understand the layout of an area. When digitized, diagrams can be combined with images and video to create compelling presentations. Witness Interviews Our CDIs can locate known and unknown witnesses and can conduct interviews and take detailed statements. Our CDIs can conduct background investigations on alleged victims and witnesses. Diagrams that depict and compare witness statements in a visual format can help to summarize a case, both for you and other fact finders. Investigation Reports We provide reports in a variety of formats, depending on your needs, including hardcopy, digital text, e-mail and verbal updates. Our CDIs can help you prepare presentations for court, including slides, posterboard, and digital slide presentations and animations.
